We will provide free warranty service to all of the products with BIYOSO brand if any problems or failures occur to the materials and functions of the products themselves subject to normal use and maintenance within the warranty period.
This warranty policy does not apply to the following conditions:
A. The product is out of warranty period.
B. If the user fails to use the product in accordance with the instructions, He/She shall be responsible for the damage, short circuit or other problems by themselves.
